I miss the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo so much! The lovely Otoro (fatty tuna), the delicious Unagi (grilled eel), the divine Uni (sea urchin)! So I had to find a really good sushi restaurant in Osaka! Ichiba Zushi (市場ずし) is a famous chained sushi restaurant in Japan, once you go inside the sushi restaurant you’ll be amazed with the choices of seafood! All the menu is written on the wall in Japanese! I love to order their daily live catch, fresh and tasty!
Superb Otoro – Fatty Tuna. It literally melts in your mouth!
Live Sea Prawns – freshly caughtly from the tank then the sushi chef peeled the prawns and made the sushi in front of you! They even took the prawn head and deep-fried it for us while the tails were still moving…
Live Squids – again the tentacles were still moving! So fresh!
And of course these would be the only stuff Mr F could eat :P Tamago (Egg Omelette) and Unagi (Grilled Eel), they both were very nice too!
